About the Author

Since I was very young, creativity has always been present in my life. I first expressed this through embroidery and later as a window dresser. My creativity lead me to the experimental school dePlàstica Vives de Gata. I have been dedicated to painting, working with plastics, installations and performance through experimentation with these various media. This, combined with my passion for denouncing the mistreatment of women, lead to my work on telling the history of Nadia Anjoman, a known Afghan poet who was murdered by her husband for publishing a book of poems. I continue to work on the issue of violence against women, although now I have been incorporating more spiritual topics such as deep, unconditional, and pure love.
